Everyday Moments 2

 Oh, how precious life is!! Walker is the happiest baby in the world and his big brothers absolutely love him!! Instead of doing our Coram Deo school work on a Friday, we skipped school and made a paper mache head instead! 😂 Here are a few letters from this month that Andrew wrote to me before leaving for work: "Good Morning, my beautiful bride!! Each day I love you more. We have been married now for 4,587 days. I'm excited for 4,588 to love you even more! 😄 The boys and I prayed for you last night that God would give you a joyful heart today. I hope that it's a great day! I love you so much!!!! ❤, A" "Good morning my sweet, gorgeous bride!! You've totally got this. Not the way either of us wanted to start a big week, but you've totally got this. Please know that I'm praying for you so much! Don't sweat the small stuff - I'll be back home soon and can take care of a lot of them. I hope that you have a sweet, wonderful few days with the boys...

 We had WFC in Marion this year, and it was so fun! and cold!! Brody was THE HAPPIEST little boy in the world to turn 4!!!! The boys and I started going through the book of Matthew for our morning bible time (officially started on 12/12/17 as we prepare our hearts for the Savior's birth). It is SUCH a precious book!! Here are a few things we learned together from Matthew and Charles Erdmund's commentary on it: "As Matthew tells the story of redemption, he does not consistently follow the order of time, but he  groups similar events and teachings which may be logically related, and so heightens the effects. Luke, by contrast, follows the order of time. Luke has been compared to a botanist who likes to follow a stream and to examine each flower in its native home. But Mat thew prefers to father the blossoms and to arrange them according to kind of color in great clusters of beauty! Such a method enables the reader to see with increasing clearness the kingly majesty of Christ...

      Dear Walker,      What a joy you are! You havnt't started walking yet, but you're cruising for sure! Your smile lights up a room and everyone talks about what a happy baby you are. 😀 You're still a sleepy bug-a-boo and you love to eat! Favorite foods - meat, pizza, spaghetti, and cottage cheese. You're 99% for height and weight and are a big, happy boy! You know how to sign "please" and you clap when you're all done (because we always clap for you and say, "good job, buddy!!"). You know how to wave and you wave emphatically to almost everyone you see. You go to church, K groups, Ladies Bible Study, and do a good job sleeping in the nursery. You bark whenever you see Charely ❤ and you looooove your brothers! We love you so, so, sooo much!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ 8/2/18

      Oh, precious boy! We love you so much! Life with you is such a gift!! I can't imagine our family without you! Your favorite things: your brothers, eating, moving, sleeping, your daddy, and steak! You are constantly on the move and are such a joy! Your brothers love you heart, body and soul! You are growing into such an active, big boy and my heart positively sings for joy when I look at you or hold you! I thank God for you a million times a day!!       Hi, sweet boy! This has been your happiest month ever! You've been so happy and giggly and s quealing with delight! You are crawling- super fast! You're really so fast and you're into everything! lol! It's so fun! You have quite the happy and spunky personality: You will probably take your first step sometime this month. We've started going to the pool and we went to the Memorial Day Parade in Senoia. We got a golf cart ("Happy") which you love! You eat everything in sight, and you super love ice cream and teriyaki chicken! Your daddy and your brothers are your best friends. You do well in the church nursery, especially when you can nap in the pack 'n play. You've officially dropped your evening catnap, which is so nice! You have a big morning nap and a big afternoon nap. You dislike your bottle, and I wouldn't be surprised if you dropped it completely soon.       WALKER!!!! Today's the first day you can sit up on your own!! And you're SO close to crawling! 4/19/18 - 8.5 months     WALKER!!! Within the last few days, you've started crawling so fast and you have started pulling up on everything!
