2018 - February - the best month ever!!

 Oh, how precious life is!! Walker is the happiest baby in the world and his big brothers absolutely love him!! Instead of doing our Coram Deo school work on a Friday, we skipped school and made a paper mache head instead! 😂

Here are a few letters from this month that Andrew wrote to me before leaving for work:

"Good Morning, my beautiful bride!! Each day I love you more. We have been married now for 4,587 days. I'm excited for 4,588 to love you even more! 😄 The boys and I prayed for you last night that God would give you a joyful heart today. I hope that it's a great day! I love you so much!!!! ❤, A"


"Good morning my sweet, gorgeous bride!! You've totally got this. Not the way either of us wanted to start a big week, but you've totally got this. Please know that I'm praying for you so much! Don't sweat the small stuff - I'll be back home soon and can take care of a lot of them. I hope that you have a sweet, wonderful few days with the boys! I love you so much!!! ❤, A"

I often find myself musing/thinking/remarking that I am so very blessed to have such a beautiful, lovely, talented, intelligent, fun, wise, and godly wife. You not only help me to be a better husband, father, and man, you also manage our household extremely well and do it all with grace, aplomb, and fun joy. You are exquisite. Here are some glimpses from morning bible time with the boys:

"Matthew 3:1-12- 30 years had passed and Jesus was ready to leave his obscure home and start His public ministry. John was sent to arouse the expectation of the people and make them eager for a king!"

"Matthew 3:13-17 The anointing of the king. There is something so majestic and humble about this scene. The descending spirit is an indication of the divine power by which His ministry was to be accomplished. The voice from heaven was the assurance that He was the Messiah."

"Here is my Jesus! He is the Son of the Father and the Lamb of Sacrifice."

May 2020 Jasper turns 9 in COVID!!

  " "May the 4th be with you" calls for Yoda Brownies!!! Andrew asked me what I wanted for Mother's Day, and I asked for a picnic table from any old a random ditch! And he found me this one!! And he added twinkle lights!! And we named it Paradise and ate every meal out there!  Jasper's very small and covid-safe party outside! Brody was sick inside. precious Andrew is always fixing our home for us!!
