Brody's 3rd birthday letters and interview - 1/30/17

    Our precious Brody is 3!!! I know I recorded some pictures from his 3rd birthday in blog volume #4, but I wanted to take a moment to record some of the things I had written in his baby book on his 3rd birthday! 🎉🥳

    Brody, for your birthday, we celebrated at our Renwick home on Senoia! When I asked you what you wanted for your birthday, you said, "A truck!!" and I when I asked what else you wanted beside a truck, you responded and said, "2 trucks!!"  The guests at your 3rd birthday party included: Nana and Papa, Grandma and Grandpa, Liam Pesce, Charlie Wauhop, Ann and Nour, MB and Henderson, and all their families. Your favorite gifts were trucks, trucks, trucks, and Monkey Joe gift cards! 🐵

    A typically day in your life looks like this: your and Jasper's alarm goes off at 8:20am and you both bound down the stairs, dressed for the day with all your special toys in your arms! You have cereal, OJ, and milk for breakfast (I normally make you boys have a bite or two of spinach eggs, too!). We eat, listen to KLove, and do verses and prayer time during breakfast. Then, we clean up dishes, do Charley chores, and then do school at the teal table! You're learning your shapes, colors, numbers, and letters. You love your Connect the 4 Dots school book. Then, you and J watch 2 shows around 11am while I do Bible study. After shows, we go have a picnic playdate at a park with friends. We play until 3 when we come home for naps from 3-5pm. (J normally plays, reads, and does slither) and then we get ready for dinner. When daddy is on his way home, you and J go out in the front yard and wait for him. ❤ We eat dinner together as a family, then go on a family walk or bike ride, play for a while, Daddy does Bible time while you and Jas eat bedtime snacks (nuts or fruit), and then bedtime is at 8:20pm. It's a beautiful life!! ❤❤ You love to sing, and you love to ham it up whenever you have an audience! You still love Bear, and you are so joyful and passionate about everything!! We go on Donut Dates when Jasper is at Coram Deo, and it is your favorite! WE go to the workout room about twice a week, lbs once a week, play dates all the time, Panasonic often, church, K groups all the time, and swimming whenever possible! I love you so much, sweet boy!!
